The Legacy Wood Property Owners Association (POA) welcomes you to Legacy Wood!  Your Board of Directors strives to provide you and all our residents with great amenities, cost effective services and fun activities for kids and adults all year long.  As a property owner, we ask that you register on this website for full access.  Once registration is approved, you will have access to all resident documents relating to the POA.

The Legacy Wood pool and its pergola and pavilion are the centerpieces of the amenities provided by the POA and many of the activities sponsored by our social committee are hosted there in the pool area.  Past events include Easter egg hunts, Pool Season Opening parties, 4^th of July parades, Pool Season Closing parties and Halloween activities.  Be sure to register on this website for Full Access to the Activities Calendar and pergola related reservation documents.
