Located in eastern Lee's Summit on
Langsford Road and adjacent to the 700-acre Legacy Park on Blackwell
Parkway, Legacy Wood is 133 acres of rolling meadows being designed
into beautiful new home sites. Lots are large, some up to one half acre, many will walk out and some even back up to trees. The community pool with cabana is complete for use in 2008. Furture plans will include a picnic and play area.
