Construction restrictions such as stucco fronts and 30 year composition roofs keep each property value consistent. All builders are required to apply for authorization to build in Legacy Wood, agreeing to the building restrictions and assuring an orderly building process for our Homebuyers. Legacy Wood Builders are also memebers of the Kansas City Homebuilders Association. Two new builders have been added to our Builder List. Nick Klopfenstine and Nick Zvacek will be adding their new models to our designs list. |
